Portfolio Visibility - not showing for student

Am testing the portfolio tool and have created and published an Evaluation Portfolio.

The demo student is in the list as "Not Started"

When I masquerade as the demo student - the student sees a "No evaluation portfolios have been created" message

any ideas or help appreciated

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Based on the information in your comment, we don’t have visibility into what went wrong. Could you please create a support ticket through Canvas Support so we can further investigate the issue? We’ll need details such as the link to the instance, the Evaluation Portfolio name you created, and the user's name you tested it with.

We’ll be able to follow up more effectively once the ticket is submitted.
