Using a Monitoring Tracker

I would like to create a tracker to monitor a subgroup of students in all biology classes. They have data in their teachers' trackers already, I just want specific students' data to show up on mine so I can monitor it. I've created the tracker, linked it to the district curriculum map, and added the students, but there data is not there. How do I get the data copied over to my tracker?

Hi @JenniferBonack - It sounds like this would work if you have access to see the student scores (ie. permission), the same standards are used the teacher trackers and your trackers, and the student IDs are the same in the teacher tracker and your tracker. You can also make sure the tracker setting "Other tackers" is enabled in the tracker Settings under Display Scores. mc other trackers.jpeg

If you aren't sure about your student access, you may need to contact support.

You will also need to add the same assessments into your tracker. This may require you to sync your curriculum map or add them manually to the tracker.
