If the assignments are submitted as Google Docs through the Google Assignment LTI integration will portfolio pull over the submitted document as an artifact?

Course assignment submissions are not pulled into the portfolio as artifacts. Both learners and educators are redirected to the course to view the assignment details.
If learners want to preserve a submission as part of their portfolio, they would need to save it as an attachment to a custom portfolio evidence item, such as a project in the Showcase Portfolio.
