Student IDs are not working for any of my students. I have 20 kids who all see a "invalid ID" message pop up. I've checked on my end and they have it typed in correctly. I checked for an accidental space at the end or beginning. Any suggestions?
@NinaClark - Hi! I imagine you got past this, but it does seem odd. Make sure they are entering the student IDs on the tracker and not some other ID. Otherwise, I think you should check in with support. How do I create a Mastery Connect support ticket?
