New Quizzes List Endpoint - quiz_settings returning null

When calling the List Quizzes for new quizzes, we are seeing that for some quizzes, the quiz_settings object is returning null, and for others, it has the proper object.

I have attached the view from the UI, where it shows there are settings on this quiz, and the raw response from the REST API showing the null value. What would cause this?

NOTE: Since this is client data I have blurred out the actual IDs, but left enough to show these are the same record.

It seems that happens when you migrate a Classic Quiz into a New Quiz. I just tested it and got the same "Null" settings. This persisted even as I changed the quiz settings in the user interface, so it should probably be tagged as a bug.

Of course, I don't know if that's what happened in your client's situation, but it's one way to replicate it.

To close the loop, I confirmed that the instructor used the migrate tool to create this exam. In summary, a bug occurs when using the migrate option to move a quiz from Classic to New. When doing this, the settings object is not present in the API, although there are settings on the exam. Modifying the UI to save settings directly does not resolve the issue.
