When trying to create test items, I'm getting '!failed to save item' error when choosing either Save Draft or Publish. This is not an issue i've had before and am at a loss for what the issue is. Has anyone experienced something similar?
@MollyMBrennan - I haven't seen that happen, but it sounds like it might be resolved just by logging out and back in. Maybe the login timed out. If it continues to happen, make sure you are not "logged in as" another user (if you are an admin). You may also need to check with the support team. - Jen
I tried the Quick Reassess feature today. Once I approved the questions and created the assessment it went to the tracker for Block 1. But I can't find the new assessment in my assessments to add to Blocks 2 & 4. If I have to recreate for each class, they won't have the same questions. I also cannot find the option to…

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
