[Session] Building a Flexible Training System Aligned with Adult Learning Principles - Examples from

This session will highlight examples of successes we have had building a participant-paced, flexible online training system in Canvas for operators of USDA Child Nutrition Programs in Washington State, and how that system aligns with principles of adult learning. We will solicit conversations about challenges and roadblocks to training in order to help the audience consider (and crowdsource!) possible solutions.
