Yes, that's what I see in this page as well. - https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Differentiation-Tags/How-do-I-use-Differentiation-Tags-to-provide-extended-time-on/td-p/653517, I hope they add this functionality though in New Quizzes it's less needed as you can set the accommodation once for each student.
