The functions to add images and math equations appear to be missing from the Comments RCE in SpeedGrader Upgrades, please see screenshots below comparing the two.

I can confirm this is the same in our instance. I don't see any mention in the documentation that this is intentional.

Yeah, this limitation in the "new" Speedgrader is killing me. I need to be able to include images in order to give feedback in my math courses.
This is still happening and is a huge downgrade in functionality for me. I'm trying to give students feedback on their math work, and it's obnoxious to behunting through unicode to try and find symbols and have no good way to "pretty print" things like rational functions.
