I suppose I should give a little bit more about me. I am at Northern Kentucky University and we have been slowly dipping our toes in Canvas data. I have been working with Power Bi mostly to pull data from Redshift, but have just started to explore the CLI tools.
One thing that I have been finding very helpful recently is GitHub allows you to get a free educator license that includes their copilot that works inside of Visual Studio Code, and that has make building python tools pretty easy.
