If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this edtech tool actually working?”—you’re not alone. I’ve been there, both in the classroom and as an administrator, trying to make the best decisions for students without the timely evidence to back them up. That’s why I’m so passionate about Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE).

RCE gives education leaders actionable evidence—often while students are still in the same classrooms—so they can lead with confidence, build a culture of learning, and make smarter, data-informed decisions. And the best part? It’s doable, even without a research background.
