Mastery Connect-Sideways

A student accidentally hit two buttons and turned the question display on Mastery Connect sideways. The Chromebook settings are not the solution, as the entire screen is not sideways, only the questions displayed on Mastery Connect. How can I fix this?

Hi @LaceyNavarro - Sorry to hear this happened! Hitting Esc sometimes gets software out of a "mode" so you might try that. Is the student using the Mastery Connect Student App? I was thinking you could reinstall the App, but it has been discontinued. Students can navigate to https://student.masteryconnect.com/. You may need to use a different device or contact Support to see if they have any other ideas. How do I create a Mastery Connect support ticket? Sorry I don't know of any definite solutions! - Jen

Mastery Connect Answers not Saved
While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
