Manage Standards: Disabling Documents
Elevate Standards Alignments monitors the full lifecycle of standards and alerts admins when an authority no longer recognizes documents. For more information, visit the Obsolete Standards Policy.
When a document is disabled, alignments are unpublished instead of deleted, providing enhanced performance and clarification of the Manage Standards page.
When a document is no longer needed, admins can disable it on the Manage Standards page. All obsolete documents in the license are highlighted in the Obsolete tab.
