Some of my students are not in my ELA Mastery Connect Tracker that was there in the beginning. I can not assign these students a grade because I can't access their test.
Hello LisaMarshall1,
Are your trackers linked to rosters by your SIS? Or do you manually load your students? I would try reaching out to the person in charge of your Student Information System if it is linked with Mastery Connect. Otherwise, you can manually add them back to your tracker and their information should show in the tracker.
How do I manually add students to an existing tracker?
If you need to transfer students from a different tracker, please use these directions to do so. How Do I Transfer Students to a Different Classroom Tracker.
You can find more information about Trackers here: Create and Edit Trackers
Hope that helps!
If they are former students, you may be able to access their scores. In the tracker click the settings button (gear icon). Then check the box for former students and click save. The former students should show in your student list as a lighter gray than the current students in the tracker. I have attached screenshots for reference.

Creating my own trackers for each grade level and subject, with a few students in each, and being a collaborator is not an efficient or effective way to view the data.…
