In the admin view, you are able to see the last login for staff/teachers. How is the Last Login determined?

For students mastery connect uses the date and time of the most recent assessment to determine the last login. For teachers it would be any recent action they may have taken (create an assessment, item type, tracker, and so on.)

Is there a report on the Individual Student Score Report that shows how individual students scored on each standard tested?
I deleted and recreated some maps and trackers while showing another teacher how to create them. Now some of the assessments I had connected to them are no longer linked/I'm unable to re-link them with the new tracker and map. Is there a way to re-link them/repair the broken links?
