How do I change a student from his existing tracker to a new one?

My trackers are set up by class period.  I have a student that has been moved from the 3rd period to 6th period.  The trackers are linked to our LMS (synergy).  I have clicked on update for both trackers but the student has not moved.  The LMS has him in the correct periods.  Thank you in advance.

You can manually add students to a tracker for your student information system by following these directions. If that change does not stick, please reach out to your district admin for mastery connect.
