Teachers are having difficulty seeing student's results in their trackers. Do all of the students have to complete the assessment before results are shown? These trackers are through Canvas.
Once a student submits, thee results are immediate and should display in the Mastery Tracker and the Canvas Gradebook. If the assessment has an item that needs teacher grading, the teacher will need to add the grade and save before the results will be displayed.
If results are not populating within 10 minutes, please reach out to our support team to with the details so they can help troubleshoot the problem.
