I am trying to add a test that I created last year to this year's tracker. This one particular test is coming with a message: "This assessment cannot be added to Trackers or Curriculum Maps because access to all items has been removed"

I would recommend that you work directly with our support team to help resolve this issue. I would encourage you to include on the support ticket the name of the assessment, and the name of the tracker that you are trying to add the assessment to.
How do I create a Mastery Connect support ticket?
When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.
