It would be nice to be able to just put a Start and End Date and then the course pacing adjust due dates based on those dates...rather than having to sit there and put 1's all throughout.

I don't know if you're still soliciting input on differentiated instruction and related Canvas features, but I'd love to share my thoughts…. I've used Mastery Paths, Course Pacing, and just about every other experimental feature trying to "make it go" for CBE, and we're still a long way from having a robust solution.
