Tools and Accommodations

When I create a test in MasteryConnect, I turn on the tools and accommodations, but when my students begin taking the assessment, they cannot use the tools and accommodations.  What do I need to do so they can use Tools and Accommodations when they bring up the assessment?  What am I NOT doing so they can use the tools?

If necessary, please send along details of Teacher / Tracker / Assessment name for which the Tools did not work.
