Accessing Mastery Connect

I have some questions about some students that were enrolled here at our school after our initial integration into Mastery Connect. These students are not able to take a Mastery Connect quiz, so I think it must have something to do with the timing for when they were integrated into the system.

Can someone help me with this possibly?

Mastery Connect Answers not Saved
While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
