I do not see a location to create an assessment and to upload my google form into Mastery Connect.
Hello @DeniseSwarowsky , at this time, Mastery Connect does not import Google Forms. If the questions are multiple choice, multiple select, and/or true false, you could print the form to a pdf and upload it as a document-based assessment which is a pretty quick process. Here are the instructions:

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
