Assessment Cloning

I created an assessment in Mastery Connect. I had to add questions from another assessment. Which meant I had to clone the original assessment. Now I want to create the assessment and my screen is spinning. I have an error message that states test is in a dormant state.

Please assist.

Mastery Connect Answers not Saved
While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
