Student missing in Roster.

I have a student in the 5th grade who is not showing up in the masteryconnect roster.

This student shows up in Clever.

This student has had an account for 5 years.

I need a way to access support and not broadcast private student data on a public forum.

I cannot do this because support@masteryconnect.com no longer works.

Mastery Connect Answers not Saved
