Our ELA teachers are having trouble printing item bank questions that have passages. I am unsure of how to fix it. When we try to print, it says the text in the image below. Please advise any help.
We are in Sumner County and having the same issue.
Kosciusko Junior High is also having this issue with ELA printable items/ multiple choice assessments. The issue looks identical to the picture posted in the original post.

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
