@9937499 - Yes, in Mastery Connect, you can create a number line plot item type that contains fractions on it. Here is an example:
The key to setting it up is in the "More options" area. You can display specific points by entering them separated by commas.

When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.
