How to turn on Course Pacing for all courses across the entire account or Sub-Account?

Under Feature/Integration Setup, it says:

"Course Pacing involves the Course Pacing feature preview, which can be allowed on a course-by-course basis or turned on for all courses across the entire account."

I can see that if I enable Course Pacing it displays the unchecked checkbox for teachers to check under their Course Settings which covers the course-by-course basis, but I see no way to turn on for all courses across the entire account or Sub-Account. I think course-by-course basis is probably our preferred way but we may have a Sub-Account where it would be nice to turn on by default for all the courses under that Sub-Account. Perhaps that functionality has not been implemented yet for this Feature Preview?

@ward_michael if you navigate to the sub-account you want then go to "Settings"-->"Feature Options" you should be able to enable course pacing for all courses in that sub-account by enabling it. If you lock it, then teachers will be unable to disable it for their courses. You can do this on a sub-account by sub-account basis if you're not looking to do it at the universal/root level.

I see now. That is definitely different functionality than what is typical for feature options. I wonder if it is due to the nature of Course Pacing itself since you have to set up the pace within the course? The way our sub-accounts are structured, it would not make sense to input 1 pace for all the courses contained in a particular sub-account, but I could see some sub-account setups where that would be feasible and even desirable.
