I set up the tracker with the assessment included. I got the code for the students to use.
I later accessed masteryconnect.com and hit "assess" again and it gave a second number.
How can I access the scores from the first code?

Ongoing help is always available from your Mastery Connect User Account > click on the Question Mark in the upper right > click on “Submit a support request”.

When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
