Allow instructors to select from a select degree of difficulty bank

I would like to create a quiz, where instructors can only select quiz questions from specific banks, varying degree of difficulty. 

Meaning

Question Bank items are preset as Difficult, Medium, Easy, with a required number from each category

Instructors can chose questions for the quiz, but only from the preset banks (not make their own, or add their own)  

is there a way to do this?

Yes, there is an option to filter the list of Items presented for an assessment for a certain Depth of Knowledge (DOK).

Support is available  by clicking on the Question Mark to the left of your name > Submit a support request.
