I am an instructional specialist and our teachers are using mastery connect for the first time. I have uploaded the exam and the answer sheet but I don't know how to have the instructors see the exam and also create an exam window. Help?

You will need to be a building level admin in Mastery Connect in order to create a benchmark assessment and push it out to teachers during an exam window. If you are not a building site admin, please reach out to your district level Mastery Connect admin and have them change your permissions. Once that happens you will be able to create a benchmark assessment for your site and push it out to all trackers that have the same standards that are on the assessment.
I know how to add formative assessments to a curriculum map. Is it possible to also add benchmark assessments to the map as well? Or can benchmarks only be delivered to teacher trackers?

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
