The Add Assessment button on my tracker is not active. When I try to add the assessment from the Mastery Assessment list...it says I have no trackers. But when I click on Master Trackers in my Canvas..it is there and I have added to it in the past.

I see one Tracker named: Science-Grade 8 - Marker, and the Add Assessment is active on that Tracker.
From Canvas Dashboard > click on Course Science-Grade 8 - Marker > click on Mastery Tracker (from menu on left) > brings you to Mastery Connect tracker > please see Add Assessment there.

Is there a report on the Individual Student Score Report that shows how individual students scored on each standard tested?
I deleted and recreated some maps and trackers while showing another teacher how to create them. Now some of the assessments I had connected to them are no longer linked/I'm unable to re-link them with the new tracker and map. Is there a way to re-link them/repair the broken links?
