Systray and Popup Messages: Screen Reader Users

Systray and Popup Messages have focus when displayed in LMS. When displayed, Popup Messages focus first and then Systray Messages get focus. After the user closes Popup and Systray Messages, the focus goes to the LMS and the user can navigate to hints.
