When trying to add an assessment to trackers 3 trackers show up but one is missing. It has never happened for passed assessments but all of a sudden there seems no way to add it to one of the trackers. Any ideas?

Most likely the tracker that is not showing up does not have the standards that are in the assessment you attempting to add. For an assessment to be added to a tracker the standards on the assessment have to be present in the tracker.
When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.
