When I look at my course, I can see my tracker. But when I go to Student View, it says there is no tracker--please tell your teacher. I cannot find some kind of publish button or setting which would fix this. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi @LSuzanneShanks! Are you still having this issue? The Student View should work to show you a view of what students see when they go to Mastery Tracker. However, this may not be working if there are no students with an active Mastery Connect Student Portal login. Mastery Connect requires that student emails be associated with accounts in both Mastery Connect and Canvas. Check with your administrator or contact support if you need further assistance with this.
When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
