Password problems

Question

Im having trouble logging into my canvas account. Even though I know my password its not working and when I try to rest item I'm not getting any emails with a link. I have waited for over 2 hours and nothing so if someone can help me please! Thank you

Every school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has a different process for their login credentials (username/password).  Even though these Guides:

... can help with some general guidance, you are most likely going to need to speak with staff at your school about this.  I found a page on Azusa Pacific University's website that might be of help: Canvas LMS - Office of Innovative Teaching and Technology - Azusa Pacific University (apu.edu).  Hopefully someone from Azusa Pacific's Office of Innovative Teaching and Technology will be able to help you...or at least point you in the right direction.  Good luck!
