courses not popping up

hi, my canvas page is not loading up all the way. not all of the menu buttons are showing and my courses aren't popping up as well. it's not my wifi though because I have tried  every wifi and every other page I go onto will load its only the canvas home page. I was wondering how you can help me with this. thank you, Allison Wilson

@AllisonWilson1 Welcome to the Canvas community.  There are two things you can try.  First make sure you are using a supported browser.  Here is a list of the currently supported ones: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products? 

I recommend using Google Chrome as your browser but sometimes, the Chrome cache can cause this issue.  Please try clearing your cache: Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help
