How do I hide completed courses from my dashboard? I clicked the star and they were hidden. After the date the course was scheduled to end, they all reappeared. The star is still white but all classes reappeared on my dashboard.

Do any of your courses listed on your "Course" >> "All Courses" screen have a yellow star next to them? Or are the stars all white? According to this Guide, How do I customize my Courses list as a student? - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com), if you don't have any stars that are yellow, then up to 20 courses will show automatically on your Canvas Dashboard...which might explain why they re-appeared in your view. As soon as you star (turn yellow) one course on your "All Courses" screen, then that course (or those courses) will only show up on your Canvas Dashboard.

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week.
