Fixed Bugs

In Course Activity, Timestamps display in user’s local time zone.
In Customer User Groups, CSV spreadsheet file displays accurately.
In the Inline Editor for Walkthroughs, Blackboard users can view tooltip content for Add Step and Proceed button.
In Insights, when filtering by user groups, only unhidden groups are displayed.
