Impact Dashboard

Support Center Access

In the Impact Dashboard, admins can manage the visibility of the support button in their learning application by opening the Support link and clicking the Access tab.

Support Center Access Tab

Admins can choose from the following visibility options: Visible for all users, Hidden for all users, and Custom access.

Support Center Visibility Options

Custom access allows a customized group of users to view the Support button in the LMS.

Custom Access Assigned Users

Fixed Bugs

A single Support button displays when viewing an LTI tool which supports the Impact integration within a learning application.
