I have been experiencing and issue when I get enrolments for a student that the Grade/Score and Total activity time are randomly coming back as 0 despite their being plenty of activity and ass Assignments/quizzes being completed. This is not matching what is in Canvas when viewing the student profile.
Any Ideas? Out of 16 courses for the student 13 return perfectly fine but 3 (and just grades,activity) don't return the expected data. All 16 Courses are setup the same
