Analytics API- Most Recent by_date Pagination

I am pulling Analytics JSON data into Google Sheets. I am not getting results for the last couple of days (i.e. "2020-08-19" and "2020-08-20". I wondering if this is a pagination issue or if the data requires a certain amount of time to be available.
