I watched your video after viewing one from a somewhat more organizationally complex situation. Your presentation was very effective in relating clearly how the core of the outcomes process is set up. Thanks for the insights. If it's possible to post your slides that would be great, as there were a few complex ones that I'd like to see in greater detail as they aren't clear in the video.
