LMS migration and project management methodologies

Hello,

I am a new member of the community. I am interesting in migration strategies from a perspective of project management, in particular addressing these three key points:

Migrating courses
Training staff members (academics, administrators and students)>
Integrating Canvas with other management information systems.

Is there any recommended project management methodology and strategic documents that I can read to get a better insight into these three dimensions of the migration?
