Any possibility to retrieve Quiz Log Auditing data

Hi all, 

I like to see a student's quiz log data along with all response action for each question against a course's quizzes. But, unfortunately, the course didn't enable the Quiz Log Auditing feature, and the course was from Spring 2016, a year and half ago. 

Is there any way or work around to see those data via API or Canvas Data? 

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

No. That information isn't available in Canvas Data at all and through the API only once the Quiz Auditing is turned on.

You might have to talk to Canvas Support, but there's no guarantee there. The normal process when Canvas releases a new feature is that it is only available from that point forward. Quiz Auditing was around in Spring 2016, so it's possible that Canvas has it even though you didn't have it enabled, but it may be a case that they don't start collecting that data until you turn it on.
