We are getting random page errors after authorization in our LTI's after a recent update in Canvas on 8-26-2017.

Till 9-26-17 everything was working fine. I checked our server logs, there is no error there. It happens randomly, so definitely applications are fine. There's is something from Canvas side. Here's browser console log:
POST https://nwmissouri.instructure.com/login/oauth2/accept 500 (Internal Server Error)
Any help will be appreciated.
