Is there a way to edit Canvas Studio media, such as blurring text or images you don't want to appear (e.g. student names)?
I am experimenting with Studio Capture. When I share my screen and record it does record, but when I try to go anywhere other than Studio (modules, grades, another site, a presentation) to record, it will not record. The recording stops. Is this how Studio Capture is supposed to work, only showing the screen in Studio, or…
I made a video but don't want comments turned on. I checked off on the video but it doesn't turn off the comments. A global way of doing this would also be logical (like google classroom)
Allowing multiple editors to annotate videos in Canvas Studio would enhance collaboration by enabling teachers to reflect and share insights on specific clips. This feature would be especially valuable for video coaching, peer feedback, and instructional review, where multiple educators need to analyze and discuss teaching…
Using CANVAS Studio, can I record a video streaming a ppt presentation and my explanation to that (just voice)? Can this video be automatically uploaded to a Canvas Module Unit?
Whether I embed the video from Studio or I embed the embed code within the Canvas source code page, The video does not appear and I receive an error message. It works fine in preview but not in student view. Students cannot see video either.
Our team is new to Canvas and supports instructors with building online courses prior to inagural delivery. I am trying to determine the best way to setup studio videos for instructors that can later be revised by another member of our development team or the instructor. It seems that quizzes, annotations, and comments can…
Regarding videos, can I edit captions in a course, without affecting the master video in the main studio? I need to add captions in different languages to different courses. Or is it better to make copies of the videos in the main studio and do separate captioning there? Thanks.
In UFMBP-App ->Assignments _-> Marking and Clipping Queens Click on the play button, icon changes to "pause" but the player does not play/advance. Was working on previous lessons. Chrome Browser, Windows 11. Restarted browser, rebooted, still no luck. Tried Edge also, does not play the lesson.
Is there a way for an individual student to see insights in Studio on themselves? How long they have watched the video. Several students have inquired about whether they have finished a video, but I only know how I as the instructor can check. I would love for them to be able to keep up with that. Is there a way?
