can Smart Search be restricted to literal search?
Can Smart Search be restricted to a literal search? I want to find a very specific string in a course of hundreds of pages and NOT be bothered by the many many pages that AI "thinks" might be related to my search. I want a "not-so-smart" search.

Smartsearch doesn't work for students if pages or modules not enabled in LH menu
Some of our Canvas courses hide both the pages & modules in the left-hand menu. I've noticed that Smart Search will not return results if these are hidden (both for student view & for 'real' students). Still works for teachers. Is this a bug or a feature?

Smart Search link persists after being disabled
In doing some testing of Smart Search, it appears that the Course Navigation link persists after the feature is disabled, which will likely confuse users who select the link and then get an access denied message.
