Improved Annotation Tools

Hi,

Are there any plans to improve the annotation tools available within SpeedGrader? I recently used an annotation tool from another platform, and when you clicked anywhere on the student submission, it gave annotation options right where you clicked, so that you didn't have to keep clicking a bar at the top to switch annotation tools.

@TBaggenstos Taking a look at the Canvas LMS Roadmap, I do not see anything about overhauling the annotation features in the SpeedGrader. I am also in an early access group for the new feature idea model and do not see anything there. You may want to reach out to the admins of your Canvas instance and ask them to share this idea with your institution's CSM.
