We created a listing in Catalog with a cap of 12 students. However, Catalog allowed 13/12 students to purchase spots in the listing. Any idea if I set something up wrong or what may have happened? A student that was on the waitlist was notified a spot opened up and that's how the 13th spot was filled, but there's no enrollment status that says Dropped for that to have happened.
