When a user clicks "Report a problem," who receives that ticket? Does it go to Canvas, or does it go to the field admins?

I don't think there is a single answer to this question. I believe it depends on whether the school/institution pays for tier-1 support form Instructure, how they have things set up to route tickets, etc...
I know this isn't necessarily a solid answer to your question, but I hope it helps!
